How a YouTube channel became the #1 spot
I became a Realtor in 2019. Instead of buying billboards, I started filming honest video tours of Maricopa: the neighborhoods, the new-build communities, the pros AND the cons. People planning a move out here found Living in Maricopa with Mike Millet, binged it, and reached out.
That slow, honest work added up. Per ARMLS rankings (April 2025 to May 2026), I'm the #1 solo-working buyer's agent in Maricopa by both closings and total sales volume: 35 homes closed and $11.6M in volume, with a 5.0 client rating across Google, Zillow, and Realtor.com.
Around 80% of the buyers I work with are relocating from out of state. They want someone who explains everything in plain English, actually picks up the phone, and stays personally invested through closing. That's the job, and I love it.
What I believe
Relationships before transactions, always. A home purchase or sale is one of the biggest events in your life, and I treat it that way. I don't sugarcoat, I don't pressure, and I'd rather tell you an uncomfortable truth than a comfortable story. I'm also a Spanish-speaker, so si prefieres hablar en español, aquí estoy.
