In person when you're here, and personal video walkthroughs when you're not. I'll tell you what the listing photos won't, including the stuff that should make you walk away.

A smart offer built on real comps and current market conditions. I'm in the room with Maricopa buyers every week, so I know what wins without overpaying.

Close, and after

Inspections, deadlines, paperwork: handled and explained. And when you have questions six months after closing, I still pick up the phone.

New build or resale? Both are strong paths.

Maricopa is full of new-build communities, and builders run real incentives. Having me alongside usually doesn't change the builder's price, and you get someone on YOUR side of the table reading the fine print. We'll compare both paths with real numbers.
